Controversy is growing in the Democratic Republic of Congo over alleged government tolerance of anti Tutsi rhetoric.
President Félix Tshisekedi met on December 22nd with two Congolese expatriates from the United States, Jean-Claude Mubenga and Kalonji Kabamba.
