Speaking at the UN General Assembly, Egypt’s Foreign Minister said he could ‘not accept’ that Africa and Arab nations do not have permanent representatives at the UN Security Council. He also called for a ceasefire in Gaza, saying that his government’s priority was to put an end to the fighting.
