Moroccan Prime Minister Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri, the leader of the Authenticity and Modernity Party, announced on Monday the formation of a coalition with the Istiqlal Party, the Socialist Union of Popular Forces and the Party of Progress and Socialism.
